Aces Excel at WIAA State Track - Some Purple Aces showed their athleticism at the the WIAA State Track and Field Meet over the weekend.

We already know the Purple Aces have some great basketball players, but some of them also showed off their athletic skills in other high school spring sports.

Caitlin Deaton (2017, Wausau West) qualified for three events and helped her school win first place at the WIAA State Track Meet. Wausau West set a state record winning the Division 1 4x400.

Emily Sorenson (2017, Bonduel) reached the Division 2 finals in the long jump. Emily finished 8th posting a best jump of 16-6.75.

Brehna Evans (2018, West De Pere) bested her own school record and placed 5th in the Division 1 800 run. Brehna also helped her West De Pere teammates set a school record and place 6th in the 4x800.
